An other day has started. I don't look forward to it as it's a Monday. At work it's very busy and the calls which are transfered to me are mostly misdirected. In other words the members didn't want to be transferred. They are angry, fruastrated and rude most times if not out right nasty. Tomorrow, the calls will be worse as the members didn't through today.

I see the time. It's getting late, must get ready for work. I look forward to when I no longer work for Trilegiant.
